OUR SUSTAINABILITY POLICY

As Raymar Hotels, our sustainability management system policy is to prioritize and take the necessary measures to protect the social, cultural, fundamental rights and freedoms, as well as the health and safety rights of individuals, without discrimination based on religion, language, race, gender, sexual orientation, or physical abilities. Our aim is to act with environmental awareness in all activities inside and outside the facility while making improvements that take into account the quality and economic interests of the facility and its staff.

Our primary responsibilities in this context:

SOCIAL

  • Ensuring that our products and services are environmentally friendly, safe, durable, and of high quality, and taking measures to reduce waste and prevent food waste under our Safe Food production principles.
  • Respecting universal human rights, supporting these rights, and taking responsibility to prevent any violations.
  • Raising awareness against all forms of violence, including domestic violence.
  • Adopting the elimination of gender discrimination as a fundamental human right and acting in accordance with gender equality in all activities involving employees and guests.

Occupational Health and Safety

  • Conducting regular health checks and training for employees and providing a safe working environment.

Beyond Legal Compliance

  • Adopting a business model that goes beyond mere compliance with legal regulations and embracing the principles of transparency, fairness, responsibility, and accountability in corporate governance.

Information Security

  • Protecting the confidentiality, integrity, and accessibility of information and increasing awareness of information security among our stakeholders.

  • Utilizing renewable and efficient energy sources.

  • Reducing per capita water consumption and performing routine water quality analyses.
