RATES AND DEPOSITS
Changes in your arrival and/or departure dates and room types may affect the rates. All rates are quoted in Euros. The maximum number of guests per room depends on the room type. Please check the room descriptions for details. Children aged 12 and above are considered adults. Room rates include 8% VAT.
CREDIT CARD INFORMATION AND PAYMENTS
A valid credit card is required to guarantee the reservation. During the booking process, the amount stated on the confirmation page or email will be charged to your credit card. Debit cards are not accepted. Exchange rates are valid at the time of booking but are subject to fluctuations and may be billed at the current exchange rate after your stay is completed. Please note that all rates on the website are quoted in Euros. The name on your credit card must match the name on your reservation; otherwise, your reservation may not be guaranteed and could be canceled.
The credit card must be presented at check-in along with a valid photo ID of the cardholder and registered hotel guest. On the day of arrival, a pre-authorization may be taken from your credit card to ensure sufficient funds for your stay. If the credit card is declined, invalid, or not provided, an alternative payment method will be required, or the reservation may be canceled without notice.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
Check-in time is from 3:00 PM, and check-out time is until 12:00 PM. To check in and register for a room, you must be at least 18 years old or staying with a parent/guardian. A government-issued ID or passport must be presented at check-in.
If you arrive at the hotel before the standard check-in time, you may store your luggage with the Hotel Reception until your room becomes available. An early check-in fee equal to 50% of the daily room rate will apply for early arrivals. Early check-in is subject to availability and must be requested in advance by contacting the Hotel.
For late check-out requests, please inquire with the Hotel Front Desk at least 24 hours before departure. A half-day room rate will be charged for late check-outs between 12:00 PM and 6:00 PM, while a full-day rate will apply for check-outs after 6:00 PM.
SMOKING POLICY
Smoking is prohibited in all rooms. Local laws also forbid smoking in enclosed areas. Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas.
HOTEL POLICY
Pets are not allowed.
